Mauritius Shipping

Parcels up to 2 Kilograms are sent via Regular Post. Parcels over 2 Kilograms and those of higher value must be collected in one of our showrooms. Our team will get in touch with you when your order is ready for collected at your desired showroom. Often this is ready by the next day. 

Overseas Orders

Parcels under 20 Kilograms can be sent by Air Mail(Regular/EMS) or DHL/FedEX please see the estimated delivery times below.
Larger consignments and those of high value shipping methods vary according to destination (See Below). Please note we cannot ship some large and heavy items such as tyres, batteries, and motorcycles(Contact us before purchase to check available options)
Delivery times are estimates. Expedited Mail Service /DHL are available for most countries and shipping will be added to your order on payment. 

  • Europe EU : 10-15 working days.

  • Europe Non-EU : 15 - 30 Working days.

  • USA & Canada : 14 - 21 working days (subject to customs clearance).

  • Australia & New Zealand : 14 - 21 working days (subject to customs clearance).

  • Rest of the World - up-to 30 working days.

 

Non Stock Items

When an item is unavailable we will contact you with a realistic estimated time of delivery, and give you the option of cancellation and refund.

Order Status

You can check the current status of your order at any time. We welcome your feedback and during working hours endeavor to answer enquiries as soon as possible. 

Credit/Charge Card Details

We operate a secure encrypted site where necessary, all Internet transactions are handled by an accredited PSP , we do not store nor have access to your card information.

Returns

Supply errors must be reported within 3 days of delivery. When goods are supplied in error  we will exchange or credit in full. Goods may be returned within 7 working days of delivery for refund, cancellation or exchange, the purchaser must cover the cost of return postage and a restocking fee of 20% will be applied.  All returns should have a covering note with the invoice number clearly marked. Please note that when fitting electrical parts these can be damaged by the same faulty electrical system that caused the initial failure and in such circumstances these parts cannot be returned for refund.

Bike Selection

Parts on our website are supplied assuming original bike specification except where explicitly stated otherwise. If your bike has any alterations we cannot be held responsible for errors.

Installation

All goods are supplied with the understanding that they will be fitted by a qualified experienced person equipped with relevent tools and test equipment necessary to facilitate fitment and confirmation of correct operation.


Warranty 

 

 In order to take advantage of the LIFAN limited warranty, you must have maintenance performed according to the schedule, by an authorised LIFAN dealer, (failure to do so will void your warranty).

Failure to operate/service or install engine according to manufacturer’s recommendations will VOID warranty. 

This warranty will not apply to

 

  • Any part that has been subject to misuse, negligence, accidental damage, improper or inadequate maintenance, or improper storage.

  • Repair rendered necessary or arising from the use of other than genuine LIFAN parts.

  • Normal maintenance items including but not limited to adjustment and cleaning of carburettor, fuel strainer, oil & air filter, cables, brake components, intake valves, exhaust valves, clutches and serviceable bearings.

  • Normal replacements of service items including but not limited to spark plugs, air & oil filters, cutting blades, tyres, brake pads, brake shoes, lightbulbs, fuses,Battery, clutch components and serviceable bearings.

  • Deterioration of any item due to normal use, fair wear and exposure unless due to a defect in material or workmanship.

  • Any work or adjustment performed by persons other than authorised LIFAN franchise/dealers or damage resulting therefrom.

  • Any damage that results from operating methods other than those indicated by LIFAN, or use beyond the limitations or specifications as published by LIFAN.

  • LIFAN engines or vehicles used for racing or competition.

  • LIFAN products modified from original LIFAN specifications or fitted with a sports kit will void warranty. (Modifications include but are not limited to, sprocket size, gear ratios, electrical loads, carburetion, and intake and exhaust system changes.

  • Vehicle involved in any accident.

 

In case of a warranty claim, it is the responsibility of the customer to make arrangements to transport your vehicle to and from the Authorized LIFAN dealer. Transport may be provided at an additional cost.
LIFAN Mauritius will not be liable for any cost, expense or damage incurred by an owner while a vehicle is out of service during the performance of any warranty. While we make our best to stock spare parts for all our vehicles, sometimes some time may be requested for supply of parts. We make sure that parts are available within reasonable delay.
